KSP Orbit can calculate Hohmann transfer orbits - simply specify the starting altitude and ending altitude and it will provide you with the start and end delta-v and transfer time. Note: KSP Orbit is calibrated based on the planet size and mass for the game "Kerbal Space Program" - it will not calculate orbital mechanics for real planets!
